B.o.u.q.u.i recalls Redefinition album

Like crisis-hit manufacturer, Toyota, that’s recalled over 10million of their cars globally since last September, Nigeria’s international rap gospel act, B.o.u.q.u.i has withdrawn the rest of her sophomore albums in circulation.

The album recalled last month was released only four months ago (March). It is titled Redefinition. And unlike Toyota that recalled its cars for defects bothering on safety, Bouqui’s recall is simply because she’s not pleased with the CD packaging. Redefinition was released while the singer was on tour outside the country and the sleeve was designed by someone simply identified as Flammy. It was also marketed by Iyke The Don.

While Flammy works out a new design, word has it that by the time the reworked units hit the market, it would not be just with a new jacket. The rapper, we hear, is toying with mixing the CD content with some joints from her debut album which she feels weren’t well exposed. At the end of the day, Redefinition just might be re-christened too.
