FOR the second year running, communication giant, MTN, is throwing its weight behind one of the most anticipated Fuji Festivals in the country tagged MTN Fuji Festival.
MTN is standing in as the title sponsor of this year's edition following the success of the two previous editions.
The event is expected to have top Fuji stars such as Saheed Osupa, Abass Akande Obesere, Remi Aluko, Taiye Currency, Taju Paso, and many other budding Fuji acts to be discovered in the cities visited.
According to Semiu Adenekan, the brain behind the Fuji festival, adequate logistics have been put in place to guarantee a hitch free event this year. He also said that this year's edition is aimed at taking the festival to major towns in the south west states of Nigeria.
“The event is not about profit making, but to discover and develop talents. It is also an opportunity for the sponsors to take its brands closer to its consumers who live in remote parts of south west states of Nigeria,” Semiu said.
The event is expected to begin in Saki on November 11, Ogbomoso and Offa on November 12 and 13 respectively, while the train will move to Ado Ekiti, Ilesa and Ibadan on November 18, 20 and 25 respectively.
