Nigerian Pop singer /songwriter shank has disclosed that D'banj's success was the reason he relocated to Nigeria from London . He said recently during an interview ;
I was in London and someone brought one phone,said there is a song going on in Nigeria that is scattering everywhere,i just heard 'me i be D'banj ,my jamo friend call me skibanj', i said me that i'm living with jamaicans,u ve jamo friend , I am going back to Nigeria,i heard tongolo , i was pissed off,i said no, I must come back.
Shank recently released two singles , the remix of his hit single salute which features wizkid and another one titled Ghetto .
