Teddy ‘Don Momoh’ Esosa: Kefee’s new husband

Radio listeners on Star FM, would no doubt easily recognise the baritone voice of Teddy Esosa, whose moniker is Don Momoh, anytime he comes on air.


 But not many, including his co-workers, had any inkling that he was in a relationship with gospel crooner, Irikefee Obareki, of the Kokoroko fame. Indeed, the former staff of MITV, a sister company to Star FM, was quite discreet in his relationship with the restaurateur who runs Branama kitchen.

Not once did he mention to anyone his intimacy with her let alone any plan to walk down the aisle with her until pictures of the couple’s traditional marriage leaked out. A graduate of the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Teddy who honed his skills at British Broadcasting Corporation and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, is from a royal family in Auchi, Edo State where he comes from.

There are speculations that the fair-skinned hunk, who formally met Kefee in the UK, is friends with the singer’s ex-husband, who remarried in January this year.
