Speaking on the reason why she was signed on, Chika Ikenga the Chief Executive Officer Recare Limited Africa said, “She is a talented woman and a role model to many which fits in with Natures Gentle Touch brand values. She is also internationally recognised and that is an important link for us to have, since we are a global brand. She truly embodies the spirit of the Natures Gentle Touch philosophy” Ikenga said.
As a part of the contract, the beauty queen would feature on advertising campaigns for the company as well as participating in the company’s sponsored philanthropic activities. Darego, who will be joining Oluchi Onweagba as Natures Gentle Touch brand face said “I am proud to join Recare and Natures Gentle Touch in their celebration of women and their commitment to delivering the best hair care products for our women”.
