The much talk-about biopic, Da Grin, a movie which is the project of Stingomania Entertainment to relate the life and times of late rapper, Da Grin, who died in an auto crash last year, recently had its audition to select the crew for the movie.

The auditioning, which had a large turnout of young and upcoming actors, who gave their best to prove they can act the real life personalties of the late rapper which they are supposed to represent, struggled for endless hours of competition before the entertainment outfit finally made its selection.

Upcoming act, Trybson Dudukoko, was chosen to play the role of Da Grin while AMAA and ZAFA awards winning actress, Doris Simon, would play the role of Da Grin's girlfriend.

The movie will also have Kayode Odumosu (Pa Kasumu) playing Da Grin's father, Rachel Oniga as Da Grin's mother with other roles for Next Movie star winner, Oyinda Odesola, Gabriel Afolayan, Wole Ojo, Kelechi Udegbe and Richard Dike in the biopic.

The Chief Executive Officer of Stingomania, Ope Banwo, confessed his happiness for the large turnout at the auditioning, saying it proved that the people believe in what they are doing and relate them with the dreams and ideals Da Grin stood for.
